1. 수집하는 정보 / Information We Collect

Kept는 사용자의 개인정보를 외부 서버로 전송하거나 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에서 만드시는 모든 데이터(루틴, 체크 기록, 완료 시 남기는 사진, 할 일 목록, 메모 등)는 오직 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

Kept does not transmit or collect any personal data to external servers. All data you create in the app (routines, completion records, photos attached to completions, to-do items, notes) is stored locally on your device only.

2. 기기 권한 / Device Permissions

앱은 다음 권한을 요청할 수 있으며, 각 권한은 아래 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

• 카메라: 루틴 완료 시 기념 사진을 촬영하기 위해 사용합니다.
• 사진첩: 완료 기념 사진을 앨범에서 선택하거나, 만든 콜라주 이미지를 저장하기 위해 사용합니다.
• 알림: 사용자가 설정한 시간에 루틴 알림을 보내기 위해 사용합니다 (기기 내에서만 처리되는 로컬 알림입니다).

The app may request the following permissions, used solely for these purposes: Camera (to take a photo when completing a routine), Photo Library (to select or save photos), Notifications (to send locally-scheduled reminders at times you set).

3. 제3자 제공 / Third-Party Sharing

Kept는 사용자의 데이터를 어떠한 제3자와도 공유하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 광고, 분석 도구, 추적 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

Kept does not share or sell your data with any third party. The app does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

4. 데이터 백업 / Data Backup

앱 내 "설정" 메뉴에서 데이터를 파일로 내보내거나 가져올 수 있습니다. 이 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 저장하고 관리하며, 별도 서버에 전송되지 않습니다.

You may export or import your data as a file via the in-app Settings menu. This backup file is saved and managed entirely by you and is not transmitted to any server.

5. 아동의 개인정보 / Children's Privacy

Kept는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
